1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the cv8999 online gaming platform, available at cv8999.app ("the Platform", "the Site"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on cv8999. Operating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

When registering an account on cv8999, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and email address. Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cv8999 supports BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) as its native operating currency. All player balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to transactions made via supported local payment methods.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds. Once KYC is verified, withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all cv8999 promotions:

6 User Obligations

You agree that you will at all times:

• Not use the platform while in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv8999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cv8999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all cases where cv8999 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your cv8999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your cv8999 account at any time by contacting the support team via on-site live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, you must ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that your account balance is zero. cv8999 will not be responsible for funds that remain in a closed account if the player fails to withdraw them before account closure.

cv8999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 7;

12 Governing Law & Disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cv8999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
